Origin Story Session

Service Description

This is how I begin working with first time clients. In an Origin Story session we spend 1-1.5 hours reviewing your health history, supported by an intake form filled out prior to our meeting. We will touch on your physical, mental, emotional, spiritual, and social health by examining where you come from, where you find yourself currently and how you feel about that, and what your hopes and goals are for the future. You can arrive to this session with 1-3 particular presentations that you would like to address (ie, herbal support for anxiety, inflammation, autoimmune presentations, fertility, etc) or for an overall map of your health and a supportive system to put in place. What you receive from this session: 1) Together we will build your origin story. This is a creative document that details the moments, people, practices, artworks, songs, stories, etc that lay the groundwork for who you are in essence. This will be something we will return to, as we build ritual, herbal care, and lifestyle adjustments for you, in order to “keep us on track”. 2) A 10-15 page detailed protocol personalized for you and sent within three days following our meeting. This protocol includes Ritual suggestions, Herbal formula (tincture), Breathwork practices, nutritional support, recommendations for further research and artistic consumption (books, films, images, and the like), and any other miscellaneous suggestions that may have come up through our session. It is in this protocol that I also recommend a general blueprint for how we might continue working together integrating modalities if that is information you would like to receive. 3) One customized formula, in a 2 oz. tincture form. This formula is unique to you and developed in accordance with your unique constitution, to address the presentations discussed in our consult. This formula is included in the price of a session, excluding shipping fees. Additional formulas can also be created (flower essences, body oils, etc), but are not included in the price of consult. 4) A better understanding of your unique constitution and the ways that the tissue states are currently presenting in your body. These sessions are designed to empower you to become your own healer, and this knowledge of your body proves invaluable.
