Satellite Session

Service Description

This is a one-hour session for all returning clients. Here we refer to the protocol developed during your first consultation, address the status of the protocol you are currently on and how it may need to continue or shift, and add in other modalities such as breathwork and somatic therapies to assist. If we have a consistent practice together, these sessions are recommended at once or twice per month, but can occur in any rhythm that lands best for you.
